Online Registration 2026

Registration is now open for students who will be returning to District 300 for the 2026-27 school year and must be completed online using PowerSchool Parent Portal. The target date to complete registration for returning students is Friday, May 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. To begin the registration process, please see the instructions available at www.d300.org/Register. For more information, please view a print-based version of the instructions.

If you have questions or if you experience any difficulties with the online registration process, please begin by contacting your child's school registrar and for additional assistance email OLR@d300.org.

Note on new student registration: If you need to register a student who is new to District 300, please contact your child’s school registrar or visit www.d300.org/NewStudentRegistration.

After five years during which District 300 did not charge student-related registration fees, the district will resume charging registration-related fees beginning with the 2026-27 school year.

Please note: Student fees are not part of the registration process, and families will be able to complete registration without paying any fees.

In addition, registration-related fees do not apply to students entering preschool or kindergarten.

Registration-related fees (the fees covering annual instructional and technology costs) for the 2026-27 school year will be added to each student’s PushCoin account in July. Once the fees have been posted, the district will notify families using the email address provided during registration. At that time, families will be able to view and pay their registration-related fees through PushCoin.

Please note that these fees cannot be paid until they are posted to student accounts in July. However, parents and guardians can preview the student fees that will apply for the 2026-27 school year now by visiting www.d300.org/StudentFees.

District 300 families: Please register your returning students for the 2026-27 school year via the PowerSchool Parent Portal by May 15, 2026.

• Carpentersville Middle School | Tuesday, April 14 | 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Lakewood Elementary School | Wednesday, April 22 | 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Dundee-Crown High School | Thursday, April 30 | 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
