A Message from Mrs. Belcher:
Stewart families,
We cannot believe the month of May begins this week! Please be sure to read over the Stampede each week for all the details of the many happenings. We are looking forward to making many special memories with you!
Please continue to finish the year strong! School attendance and timeliness are so important in the success of our students. If your child arrives after 7:55 a.m., please park and walk your child in. This provides safety for our students and allows you to help them get signed in for the day. Thank you for partnering with us as we work to grow each and every child! It is such a blessing to work with your children!
Have a great week,
Kristen Belcher, Principal

Parent Information: Student Placement 25-26
We cannot believe it is time for us to begin working on class placement for the 2025-2026 school year. In order to help us with this process, we would like to give parents an opportunity to provide us with important information that will help us make the best decision for your child's class placement. While most children transition easily from grade to grade, we would like to be made aware of any special circumstances. If your child typically does well with staff and students, you do not need to complete this form.
Due to individual student needs, it is impossible to honor specific requests for teachers. Please do not request specific teachers by name as the classroom composition, programs and learning needs are our top priorities. We are confident your child will be placed in a wonderful learning environment that will help them thrive! Furthermore, all of our teacher are highly qualified and are equipped to meet the needs of our students.
Please know the information you provide will remain confidential and will be viewed only by the administrative team.
If you believe this form needs to be completed for your child, please have it submitted no later than May 14, 2025. Be sure to click the submit button when you are finished.
Thank you,
Kristen Belcher
Moving this Summer?
From the PTO: Teacher Appreciation Week
Summer School Opportunities:
Summer School Registration for Pre-K through 6th Grade will open from April 7 - May 16. Summer School will be housed at Hope, Rice and Lamar for Pre-K to 2nd grade. For 3rd through 6th grade, students will attend Hope, Bartlett and Vogel Intermediate. Please go to https://www.conroeisd.net/o/cisd/page/summer-school for Summer School brochures with information on each program criteria and registration.
Campus Website:
Over the next few weeks, campuses across the District, including ours, will be launching a new website. When that happens, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the refreshed design and set new bookmarks for your browsing convenience. You can also download the new Conroe ISD app in your device’s app store and begin customizing the pages and news you want to see.
Additionally, in the coming weeks, you will receive information about our new mass communication system called Alerts. Be on the lookout for texts from 98900 when the new system is implemented. Emails and texts may have a slightly different look, but they’ll still contain all of the great information we share. These transitions are part of a bigger initiative to bring efficiency to the District’s communication platforms, and there are more exciting updates to come!
McTeacher Night: 4/30/25
We hope to see you at McTecher Night! Come have our staff serve you!
