Finish February Strong!

Thank you for arriving early and making sure scholars are in their seats and working by 7:55 a.m. when the first bell rings. Attendance matters, we look forward to celebrating your success.

I am reminded that we are better together and "You have a place in this world. You matter. You belong". The backbone of success is knowing at Margarita Middle School, You Belong! Thank you for your amazing support of Margarita Middle School.

Do you have a question, concern, or need to connect with us, call or email so we can work together for excellence.

Don't Forget these weekly habits.

  • Check Weekly Grades. Make sure school and learning expectations are met each week before electronics and rewards are released. When all of us work together to expect our scholars to complete and improve, our scholars respond with academic improvement and excellence.

  • Get involved, start a club, & try something new. Whether it is NJHS, Intramural Teams, Peer Leadership, or Unified Sports, activate your learning through getting involved.

  • Practice Gratitude. Being Mustang Strong includes being grateful. Be thankful and become a giver. Buy Cookies for a Cause for $5 this Wednesday 2/26.

Superintendent Dr. Woods and Board Member Dr. Komrosky Visit

This visit allowed Superintendent Council Members Mia Amavisca and Kaden Miller to share our school from a student's perspective.

Our entire Mustang Team is here to support you and your scholar in making 2025 a year filled with Mustang STRONG.

Thank you for your help in making the Margarita Family so great!

It is time for our annual LCAP survey. The LCAP is a plan which set goals, plan actions, and leverage resources to meet those goals to improve student outcomes. Currently students within TVUSD receive LCAP actions and services totaling roughly 20 million dollars annually. The process for developing the LCAP mandates each district provides ample opportunities for educational partner feedback and engagement in the process of drafting the plan. TVUSD uses a variety of committees and surveys, such as this, to demonstrate this educational partner engagement, gather recommendations, and cultivate parent-school collaboration. Other engagement opportunities including, but are not limited to:

  • Surveys: Student, Parents, and Staff

  • ELAC: English Language Advisory Committee

  • CAP- Community Advisory Partner Committee

  • SSC- Student Site Council for Title I Schools

  • CAC- Community Advisory Committee

  • DELAC- District English Learner Advisory Committee

  • PTA- Parent Teacher Associations
