Just a few friendly reminders regarding Morning Arrival:

• ALL Students arriving between 8:00 - 8:15am are to report directly to the cafeteria. There is no school supervision on the blacktop before this time.
• No Cost Breakfast is served in the cafeteria 8:00 - 8:20am.
• The Blue Double Gate doors close at 8:30. Students arriving after 8:30 need to go through the front office and pick up a "TARDY" slip.

The Confidential Family Survey (CFS) has begun! The CFS collects critical household and income data from identified Fresno Unified Families, which helps determine the amount of additional funding Tatarian and Fresno Unified will receive through the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF).

Each family will receive a unique URL for each student, sending them to a form that is pre-populated with their child’s information. These messages will be sent through students’ fresnou.org email accounts, and to parents through their preferred form(s) of communication with FUSD as entered in ATLAS (text message, personal email, and/or the ParentSquare app). If you have received this link please complete this very short Confidential Survey as soon as possible. Below are instructions to access your child's email and sign up for Parent Square.

The mission of the Positivity Project is to empower our students in building positive relationships with others by understanding, appreciating, and exemplifying the character strengths in us all. These positive relationships can help our students become happier, healthier, and more resilient. Since our students spend a large percentage of their time during the day at Tatarian, the Positivity Projects gives our teachers and staff a huge opportunity to consistently teach and reinforce the skills and mindset for them to become leaders of the community.

This week we are focusing on the character strength of CURIOUSITY.

Curiosity means you like exploration and discovery. You ask lots of questions because you want to learn more about anything and everything.

Join Parent University’s fall cohort Family Leadership Academies. The academies provide targeted support and advocacy training, helping families build strong and positive relationships with district and school staff, administrators and teachers to enhance student learning.
