We've now opened up the sign up for our 2nd Annual Celebrating Us Festival.. It was a huge success and we are looking forward to hosting our this event again this year. We're hoping to have families join us once again for this great community event on Thursday, March 19. Many of our families who had a table last year were eager to come back! We will be holding a planning meeting on Wednesday, January 21 from 6:30-7:30 in the Byam library. Feel free to join us if you'd like to learn more about our festival or would like to be a part of the planning team.

Registration for the 2026-27 kindergarten year is approaching. Visit the Chelmsford Public Schools website. Click on the “RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT HERE” link to enter parent/guardian contact information and preferred appointment time within a three-hour window.

Thank you to our BSA for organizing and sponsoring this week's Kindergarten traveling Discovery Science Museum workshop Enrichment "Bubbles". Students predicted how long a bubble can last, what color is a bubble, and predicted when a bubble will pop! Students are challenged scientifically with what they think they know about bubbles with what they observe and investigate.

BYAM’S GOT TALENT SIGN UPS OPEN UNTIL JANUARY 23RD

The BSA presents the annual Byam's Got Talent Show on Saturday, March 28th, 2026!

All students are welcome to perform at the talent show - no stage experience needed! 4th Grade students can also sign-up as an Emcee (host) for the show.

Sign-ups for students to participate in the show will be open until January 23rd, 2026.

If your child is interested in participating in the show, please complete the registration Google form Byam's Got Talent Sign-Up Form

BYAM’S SWEETHEART DANCE

📍 Chelmsford High School
📅 February 7th, 2026
⏰ 5:00–8:00 PM

Join us for a fun-filled evening at Byam’s Sweetheart Dance! This school social is a special event where children may dress up if they choose and bring a special grown-up to share the night with them. Enjoy dancing, crafts, pizza, cookie decorating, and plenty of Valentine’s Day fun.

Please note: Unlike past years, the Sweetheart Dance will be held in one continuous three-hour time slot for k-4. In previous years, attendance was lower during the later time slot for 3rd and 4th grade, so this change allows all families—especially those with multiple children—to attend together and enjoy the evening as a community.

🎟️ Tickets and volunteer sign-ups will be coming soon!

We look forward to celebrating together for a sweet and memorable night!

We are always looking for more substitutes to add to this great group!
