Beginning the
week of July 7th, the advisors will move to a daily rotation of covering lunch for the walk-in advisor (Vera). This is the schedule:
Monday - Marsha
Tuesday – Renee
Wednesday – Lauren
Thursday - Megan
Friday – Genia
The intent is to ensure adequate lunch coverage throughout the year, even during Advisors' busy times of being out of the building in the spring months (and to avoid confusion of who is on for what week). If Vera is out for a conference or other reason, the assigned advisor will be walk-in for the day in Vera's absence.
Dawn is working on a new whiteboard for the Advisors that we will hang out in CPC Commons, replacing the existing board. Additionally, you will see the various days of the week displayed outside each advisor's door. Debbie is not part of the walk-in coverage rotation because during the school year, she will be at Cashion and Crescent the majority of the week.
Shoutout to our amazing CRD Team and another successful week of Summer Quest. We are halfway through this major event!
I'm so sorry to have dropped the bombshell on you all earlier this week. Some of you are elated, others are processing . . . rest assured that Tracy is working hard to find a wonderful replacement. Of those individuals who are interested in applying that have reached out to me, I feel even more confident that the next Director is going to be fantastic!
