Warhawk Culture - Senior Parking Spot Painting

Dear Class of 2027 Students and Parents,

We are thrilled to announce a brand-new tradition starting this year: Senior Parking Spot Painting! For the first time, our seniors have the unique opportunity to personalize their assigned parking spaces and truly leave their mark on campus.

To participate, please review the steps below to complete your parking pass application and design submission:

1. Complete the Google Form Application

First, you must complete the official Parking Pass Application for the 2026-2027 school year. On this form, make sure to select the Parking Spot Painting designation to indicate that you want to personalize your space and pay the extra painting fee.

2. Cost & Fees

Mandatory Parking Permit: $40. This fee will be assessed through Pay Central beginning August 1, 2026
Optional Painting Fee: $20 (Additional fee if you choose to paint your spot ). This must be paid on the day of painting (August 4, 2026) via cash or a check made payable to Westerville Central High School.
Total Cost: $60 for students participating in both.

3. Review the Attachments & Submit Your Design

Attached to this email, you will find the original New Senior Tradition Announcement detailing all rules, approved paint types, and expectations.

You will also find the Senior Parking Spot Design Proposal. You must complete this proposal—including a detailed sketch of your intended design, colors, and text. You can turn in a hard copy to the main office by July 24, 2026 or scan a copy and send it to Mrs. Sayre: sayres@westerville.k12.oh.us by July 24, 2026.

*Please note: While the form mentions including a parking pass number, you will leave that blank for now since numbers will not be assigned until painting day.

Form Availability & Deadline: You can print the attached digital copy or pick up a physical copy in the main office. The completed Design Proposal form must be turned in to the high school office by July 24, 2026. Students must have an approved design on file to participate in the random number drawing for spot assignments on painting day.
