With the start of the 2023-2024 school year right around the corner, I hope you are squeezing what you can out of these last few beautiful days of summer! Even as I write this, District 57 teachers, principals, custodians, and staff are working hard to prepare for an exciting school year. We can’t wait to welcome your child/ren back to the classroom! With the launch of our 2023-2028 District 57 Strategic Plan coming up as well, this year is shaping up to be an incredible year of growth, partnership, and purpose! I feel fortunate to have such a supportive, engaged community of parents and guardians to partner with! August 8 | Bus Routes Emailed to Families of Bus Riders
August 9 | Lincoln Class Lists Posted on Powerschool Portal for Lincoln Families
August 10 | Westbrook, Fairview, and Lions Park Class Lists Emailed to Families
August 14-16 | Staff Institute Days (Non-Attendance Days for Students)
August 17 | First Day for Grades 1st-8th
August 21 | First Day of Kindergarten
August 24 | First Day of Circle of Friends
Principal Welcome Letters
Last week, the principals from each school emailed families their welcome letters, which are filled with key back-to-school information and dates.
