OASD Registration for 2026-2027

Hello OASD Families,

As we enjoy the final months of this school year, we are already busy planning for another wonderful year of learning and growth with your children!

Our Annual Online Registration (OLR) is for all returning students in grades K-12. Each year, parents/guardians need to verify their information - such as phone numbers, address, and busing requests - using their Infinite Campus (IC) Parent Portal account.

The Online Annual Update is available for families beginning April 1. We ask that you complete this update as soon as possible to ensure your child’s spot at school is secured for the fall.

Enrolling a 4K Student? Enrollment in Oshkosh’s free 4K program also opens on April 1. If you already have students in the district, you can simply add your new 4K student while completing your annual update in the Parent Portal. (Families new to the OASD must use the "Enroll Now" link on our website.)

You can check your child's assigned school for 2026-2027 within the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

• Important: If you recently moved or were transferred due to space limits, your child's school may be different from their current one.
• Out of Attendance Area: All current Out of Attendance Area requests will be reviewed in August. Your child’s placement is subject to change based on space availability.

We’ve moved several separate forms directly into the online update to save you time and ensure every student has access to great opportunities:

• Universal Field Trip Permission: To ensure every student can participate in school activities, we have built a Universal Field Trip Form into the registration. You will still receive specific details from your child’s school before every trip, and you can always opt your child out of a specific event if you wish.
• Athletic Forms Made Easy: For middle and high school families, all concussion, cardiac, and athletic forms are now included in the OLR process. (Forms are valid June 30, 2026 - June 30, 2027.)
• Easier GO Transit Access: We are proud to continue our partnership with GO Transit to provide all OASD K-12 students with free city busing! For students in grades 6-12, the acknowledgment form is now digital - no more paper forms. Stay tuned for more information on how students can get their pass for next year.
• On-Site Dental Care: Dental forms are now built-in based on your child's grade level. This allows our partners, Tri-County Dental and Bridging Brighter Smiles, to provide free on-site care for students.

The District Transportation Request is part of the OLR process. If you are eligible and want bus service, you must complete the transportation questions within OLR.

• By Primary Address: If your K-12 child is eligible based on their primary home address. Not sure? Search your address in the OASD School Locator Tool at oshkosh.k12.wi.us/families/school-locator.
• By Special Needs (IEP): If your K-12 child is eligible for busing per their Individualized Education Program (IEP).
• 4K Students: Busing for 4K is unique. School bus transportation requests for 4K students must be completed within the 4K enrollment process.

• August 16: Bus registration ends in OLR. If you do not answer the transportation questions by this date, your child may not have busing for the first two weeks of school.
• August 26 & 27: Drivers will be practicing their routes.
• September 1: First day of the school year.
• September 10: First possible day of busing for those who registered late (after August 16).

You can complete OLR on your computer, tablet, or smartphone:

1. Log In: Visit the Infinite Campus (IC) Parent Portal.
2. Start: Click “More” on the bottom left, then select “Online Registration.”
3. On the Go? Download/Use the Campus Parent app (look for the Campus “P” icon) from the App Store or Google Play.

Contact your child's school secretary for immediate assistance with:

• Password resets
• Creating a new IC account

You can also complete this form, but this may take 24-36 hours for a response.

If you need computer/internet access, language support or any other help completing the online process, please join us for our Centralized Registration Day:

• When: Wednesday, August 5, 2026
• Time: 7:30 AM – 7 PM
• Where: Vel Phillips Middle School

ESOL and Multilingual Support: Our English Speakers of Other Languages staff are also hosting two in-person registration support events for ESOL and multilingual families.

• April 17 from 10 AM - 3 PM at Vel Phillips Middle School
• May 8 from 10 AM - 3 PM at Vel Phillips Middle School
