Macbeth Fittings
All actors are required to sign up for a fitting. Please sign up for a slot that works with your rehearsal schedule.
Fittings are offered Monday 9/29 and Tuesday 9/30. You MUST come on one of these days. Please arrive on time.
Show Contracts
Congratulations to the cast and crew of Macbeth!
Each student that is involved in Macbeth MUST read, sign, and submit a show contract ASAP to be permitted attendance at rehearsal.
Please read through the contract in its entirety with a parent or guardian! Signing this document signifies that you and your guardian agree to the rules in place, including the show fee that covers Tech Week meals and a show shirt. The show fee will be due September 29th - if you need financial assistance, please reach out to Ms. Hudson or Miss Cohen.
Upcoming School Board Meeting
Are you interested in advocating for our theatre department? Another Loudoun County School Board meeting is coming up and we're looking for as many Broad Run Theatre students to speak as possible! If you are interested in attending the board meeting, please come to the school board writing campaign that takes place October 6th at 8:30 am. It will help all of us to know what to talk about and how to sign up to speak. The actual school board meeting takes place October 14th at 7pm. Hope to see you there!
Supporting other Shakespeare!
Hello Broad Run Theatre Community! Three other schools are putting on Shakespeare plays this year. Freedom and Loudoun County are putting on Macbeth, and Stone Bridge is putting on The Taming of the Shrew.
We are trying to gather groups to support each school and hopefully garner support for our own show in return! If you are interested, please fill out the form below by October 18th.
Falloween Bake Sale!
Spartan Stage Studios is holding a bake sale on October 16th & 17th during break in the front hall! Sign-ups are linked below. If you would like to volunteer to bring a baked good, please sign up by October 11th. Please bring your treats to the Blackbox before 9:30 on the morning of the sale!
