Good Afternoon,
Wow, what a great week! Read Across America was a wonderful time to re-emphasis a love for reading and have a little fun with theme days. Our kids have been working super hard and showing us some of the best effort and success yet. Four of our 3rd grade classes got to go on a field trip to Roper Mountain Science Center, and they had a ball. The other two classes can't wait to go next week. Our 5th graders also got a sneak peak at middle school life that is coming fast with a visit from Mrs. King, a parent night at the middle school and a field trip to tour the school today. Finally, we ended the week by celebrating our 3rd Quarter House champs, Entusiasmo as well as participating in our House Dodgeball Tournament to celebrate our kids that have maintained an 80% or higher on Dojo this quarter. It's been busy but very good.
