One8 Showcase Pictures One8 Showcase Pictures

On Friday, many fourth graders participated in our first showcase highlighting curriculum projects from resources that are funded through money from the One8 Foundation; Project Lead the Way and ST Math. We were so impressed with the professionalism of our students who presented their work to adults in the workforce and were judged on several elements. Several groups have been chosen to represent Memorial at this week's One8 Showcase at the Track at New Balance this Friday.

Principal Update 5/5/25

Good Morning Memorial Families,

Spring Fever is in full swing at Memorial this past week. We had an incredibly busy, yet fun week returning from April Vacation week. Preschoolers were treated to workshops on Bubbles and Dinosaurs from the Acton Discovery Museum (thank you PTO!!) and a number of our fourth graders had an incredible in school showcase of learning on Friday morning. The fun continues this week with Teacher Appreciation fun, a first and fourth grade field trip on Thursday, and the continued fun of the book fair. Please also make note that we have our final Professional Development Day of the school year on Friday. Dismissal will begin at 12:00pm. Please be sure to plan accordingly!

We have finalized the schedule for Specialist Night on May 14th, and you can see your child's scheduled time to attend by checking out the information below. In an effort to ease the parking congestion, please do your best to leave at the appropriate time, and if you are coming to session 2, please plan to arrive as close to the start time as possible. Our specialists look forward to sharing the work that your children have engaged in this year. This is a family event and your children should plan to attend with you!

Have a wonderful week!

Warmly,

Wendy
