The 2026 Lowcountry Service Academy Day will be held on Saturday, September 19, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at The Citadel’s Bastin Hall.

This event is an excellent opportunity for high school students and their families to learn more about the U.S. service academies and ask questions prior to application deadlines.

A service academy education provides students with a four-year college degree, extensive professional and leadership development, and a pathway to serve our country as a commissioned officer. The value of a service academy appointment can be equivalent to a $350,000–$450,000 scholarship.

Students and parents are encouraged to RSVP using the link below so we can plan accordingly.

The junior class ring ceremony will be held Monday, September 28th at 7 pm in the high school auditorium. Students will need to use the following link to sign up to participate. If the student did not purchase their class ring through Jostens, they can still participate. Students should be seated no later than 6:45 pm for the ceremony.
