Half Day Lunches

The last three days of school, June 10th, 11th, and 12th, are half days. Lunches for the half days will be “grab and go”. If you wish for your child to receive one of these "grab and go" lunches please fill out the Google Form linked below. Because there are multiple days, we have included all 3 days on the same form to stay organized and consistent. The order forms must be submitted no later than Monday, June 8th at 9am so the café teams have time to prepare. Lunches will be made to order based on the form.

Wild About Reading Summer Reading Challenge 2026

Keep young minds growing this summer! To help prevent the “Summer Slide,” Neshaminy School District encourages all students entering grades 1-4 this coming fall, to read at least 15 minutes a day. In June, students will receive access to the Summer Reading Canvas Course and a reading tracker. Families can explore book lists, resources, and the Summer Reading Challenge online, including free eBooks through Sora. Students who return their completed reading tracker in September will be invited to a special reading celebration. Happy reading and have a safe, relaxing summer!

A Note from the Nurse A Note from the Nurse

Note from the nurse:

The hot weather is approaching fast! Please send your child with a water bottle and remind them to drink throughout the day. They will be going out to recess unless a heat advisory has been issued.

Second grade parents, you should have received a letter in the mail with a dental form needed next year for third grade. Dental exams after September 1, 2025 are acceptable to fulfill this requirement. Forms can be sent to school with your child, faxed (215-809-6353) or emailed to any nurse, this year or in the fall. Please reach out if you have any questions.

End of year medication pick up-if your child takes medication at school you will receive a letter via back pack with instructions for pick up… look for that later this week.

Ms. Petsis's and Ms. Mortimer's Class

Ms. Petsis and Ms. Mortimer were invited to join their students, Seth Rothman, and Safiya Saidmurodova, at their Karate class this week! The students showed their teachers how hard they have been working both on and off the karate mats this school year! The class was led by second grade teacher, Mrs. Carnila. Mrs. Ross' Class

Mrs. Ross' class enjoyed learning about the life cycle of a butterfly. They observed each stage-caterpillar, chrysalis, and butterfly-and were excited to watch the transformation unfold. As a culminating activity, the students had fun watching the butterflies being released.
