Ralph Talbot Elementary School

Happy Sunday!

Kindergarten families, students, and staff did an amazing job for their first day/week of school. There continues to be lots of smiles and laughter throughout our Talbot building. We look forward to seeing you at Talbot’s Open House on Thursday, September 25th.

Our reviewing and practicing of Talbot safety routines/procedures went well this past week. Classrooms discussed ALICE emergency training, EXIT Awareness, Fire Drill expectations, Evacuation Locations and Stay In Place/Lockdown Routines. Although statistics are low that an incident like this will happen, it is very important that we all practice and be prepared.

Parent Council Meeting will be hosting their first meeting of the year on this Thursday, 9/18, @ 5:30PM, at Talbot Library OR or Virtual. All are welcome.

I hope everyone has a great week ahead,

Kathleen Connelly-Day
