Dear Rocket Families,
We celebrated our 2nd 6 Weeks School Wide Behavior Reward Day last Friday with a DANCE PARTY during Specials! A huge thank you to all our Specials Teachers for doing the Dance Party ALL DAY LONG!!!
Below you will find some information regarding Digital Citizenship and Online Safety. Ms. Oliver will be instructing students on these crucial topics during library time. Please review the infographic below so you can help reinforce digital citizenship and online safety at home.
We have FOUR VERY IMPORTANT ITEMS for this week so PLEASE READ and REVIEW CAREFULLY:
- We will have our Thanksgiving Luncheon THIS Wednesday, November 13. We will NOT be able to add any NEW participants. We appreciate your understanding. Please note that NO OUTSIDE FOOD is allowed on this day. If you wish to bring lunch from an outside vendor for your student please do so on another day. We also will not be calling siblings to eat at the same time. Thank you for understanding that doing so is VERY disruptive to classrooms. We will do our best to stay within the lunch times below but please be patient if we have to adjust! We have almost 400 guests joining us!!!!
- On Thursday of this week all students are encouraged to wear blue for National Diabetes Day.
- We have just FOUR WEEKS left in our 50/50 Raffle. Currently our pot is just $3900. We are trying to reach our school goal of $15,000. This is our MAIN FUNDRAISER for this year!!! We are hopeful that all students - Pre-K - 5th grade will attempt to sell FIVE tickets!!! PLEASE help us sale tickets and see student prizes below!!!
- Our Fall Book Fair will be held NEXT week - November 18-22. We will hold our Fall Family Engagement Night on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 19 from 4:30-6:30 PM.
