You may also email your child's teacher, but they may not see it until the end of the day so please email the office staff to ensure transportation changes are able to be made by the end of the school day prior to dismissal.

As we welcome the school year we are welcoming new procedures and new times. Please keep the following in mind:

• No check outs after 3:00. This is an adjustment from 3:15. In order for us to efficiently call your child to the office, no check outs can occur after this time.
• The district has set new instructional times for the 24-25 school year. Students enter the classroom at 7:45. Instruction begins at 8:00. Instruction ends at 3:15. Buses run earlier in the mornings (about 10 minutes) and later in the afternoons (15-20 minutes).
• Any student not riding a bus must be dropped off in the car rider line. No Walk Ups. We have adjusted our morning drop off time to 7:20-7:50. We hope this helps our line run more smoothly in the mornings.
• The car rider line gate closes at 7:50. If you arrive on campus at this time or later you must park and walk your child to the front door. For safety reasons DO NOT send your child.
• The tardy bell rings at 8:00. If your child arrives at or after this time you must walk them in and sign them in. They will take a tardy slip and go to class.
• All absence excuses must be received at school the day your child returns from their absence.

Consistent attendance is crucial to your child's academic success. It ensures that students stay engaged, keep up with their work, and build strong relationships with their peers and teachers.

We are so happy about the much needed rain we have been getting the last couple of days! The garden will be soaking this up, and hopefully we will start to see more growth on our directly sowed seedlings in the garden. The zinnias, celosia, and sunflowers are still showing off their beautiful colors. We hope you are enjoying them as much as we do!

We won't let the wet weather stop us tomorrow. We will be back at it around 9am Saturday. This time we will be propagating house plants and moving some of our indoor seedlings out to the garden. This weather is a great time to transplant. Hope to see you there!
