Announcements Announcements

Dear Bobier Families,

Next week is Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week, and we’re excited to celebrate the incredible team of educators and support staff who make Bobier such a special place for our students.

Our teachers and staff go above and beyond every day to inspire, guide, and care for our children—and now is our chance to show them just how much we appreciate all they do.

Throughout the week, we’ll have opportunities to recognize their hard work, whether through a kind note, a thoughtful gesture, or participating in school-wide appreciation activities.

Let’s join together to make this week extra special for our amazing Bobier team!

With gratitude,

Melanie Paliotti

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

May is a month that we want to highlight as a school and bring awareness to our students and families. Mental health is keeping your mind and emotions healthy. It’s normal for us to have all sorts of feelings, even on the same day. At Bobier we work hard to bring Social Emotional Lessons that help our students have a healthy mind. We also have partnerships that allow mental health providers to provide services on our school campus. Please reach out to our counseling department if you are interested in additional services for your child.

Bobier Elementary School is part of the first cohort to become a community school in our school district in 2022. As a community school we are working to build partnerships with parents and community partners. This will help us serve the needs of our students. One example of a partnership in our community is Major General Murray High School. These high school students come to Bobier Elementary School every Friday to support our students in their literacy skills. We are very grateful for this partnership as it is making a difference in our students.
