IMPORTANT SAFETY ALERT: Securing Belongings in Locker Rooms
Dear Parents and Students,
We are writing to address a significant and concerning safety issue. Unfortunately, we have had a number of thefts from our school locker rooms earlier this year, despite the best efforts of our Physical Education (P.E.) staff.
The most effective solution is using a locker with a combination lock.
Immediate Action Required: Lock Your Belongings
To ensure the safety of personal property, all students are required to secure their belongings during P.E. classes and after-school activities.
Book bags and personal items left unsecured—even inside a closed locker room—are vulnerable to theft.
Keeping Your Items Safe: Locks are Mandatory
Students are responsible for providing their own combination lock.
If a student is unable to provide a lock, they must speak directly with their P.E. teacher or coach. We have a limited supply of locks available upon request to ensure all students can comply with this mandatory safety measure.
This is a critical step to prevent further theft. We appreciate your immediate cooperation in reinforcing this message with your student.
If you have any questions, please contact the Physical Education Department.
