Jayhawk Families,

We will be in session on Monday, November 25, and Tuesday, November 26. Fall break begins Wednesday, November 27, and we will return to school on Monday, December 1.

Thank you for being such an important part of our school family. We are grateful for our amazing students, dedicated staff, and supportive families who make every day better.

November Kindness Awards were given to Catherine Moore and Landyn Samyn for consistently bringing optimism, encouragement, and a friendly spirit to Jayhawk-Linn!

A couple of older Nutrition and Wellness students were able to come and assist 7th grade Career & Life Planning in their first cooking lab (second time in the kitchen but first with heat!).

Over the past two weeks, all students in both sections of Nutrition & Wellness helped clean out our growing tower, replenish the water supply, and get the pH balance where it needs to be to grow. We were finally able to plant butter crunch lettuce seeds this week!
