STING Summary

It's been an awesome week, with autumn temperatures and lots of learning! Homecoming dress up days gave us an extra opportunity to have fun! Check our Facebook page often for updates and photos. With cooler mornings and fall approaching, please put your child's name or initials in their coat to help us get it back to the correct child if it gets left behind.

Remember arrival time is 7:40-7:55 AM. Breakfast is served to all students daily. Good attendance is important to student success! Thank you for all you do to get your child to school on time, well-rested, and ready to do their best. Car riders begin loading at 3:13 PM Monday through Thursday, and busses load shortly after that.

NO BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM ON FRIDAY.

The elementary office must be notified (notes are preferred) no later than 2:30 pm for any transportation changes. Transportation changes that occur during the school day must go through the office and cannot be accepted by the teacher through any means of communication including text, email or any other form of messenger.

Fast Friday is early departure. Each Friday we dismiss at 2:13 PM. On Fast Friday, updates to transportation must be completed by 1:30 to allow enough time for all staff to communicate changes.

Students can buy Smencils in the office this year. Smencils are scented pencils that are made from recycled newspapers which are known for their unique, gourmet scents. Smencils are $2 each.
