The Summer I Turned Pretty by Jenny Han (rec. by Hannah Molloy)
If you like friendship, romance and drama then this book is for you. There are three main characters, Jeremiah, Conrad and Belly. This book takes place at a summer home in the fictional town of Cousins Beach. It is about how the friendship of three friends grows over the years and complications arise.
Out of My Mind by Shanon M. Draper (Student recommendation)
In this book, the main character, Melody, is paralyzed and uses a wheelchair to get around. Other characters are her little sister named Penny, her Mom, Dad and a neighbor names Mrs. V. Melody can't talk to express her feelings and sometimes people understand when she is acting out but other times they just think that she's weird.
Naruto by Masashi Kishimoto (rec. by Theodore Griffin)
This book has a lot of different characters and is part of a large series. It tells the story of Naruto, a young Ninja, who has a knack for mischief and while he can be silly, he is very focused on becoming the greatest Ninja of all time. His village was attacked by a nine tailed beast and now it's Naruto's goal to become the Hokage (leader of his village).

KINDNESS KORNER
I'd like to give a shout out to all of the students from Norwell MiddleSchool who go the theTown
Library after school. We got a report from the Librarian that our students are kind and respectful of the space and the patrons. We know how great these students are and it is always nice to hear when members of the community notice it as well. Thank you!
Riley Dunigan was recognized for finding $10 (probably someone's Haunted Hallows money) and returning it to the main office. Daniel Hanlon was given a shout out by a classmate for helping pick up books that were dropped in the hallway.
Also, one more shout out to Jazell-Leigh Carter for the great message she is sharing. (see photo)
