AP EXAMS
AP Exam Ordering: Upcoming Deadlines
Hello, parents! Our AP teachers have been working with students in class on the AP exam registration process and reminding them of the important deadlines ahead. If your student hasnβt ordered and paid for their AP exams yet, now is the time to sit down with them and finish it up.
The final day to order AP exams is Sunday, November 1, at 11:00 p.m. Exams cannot be ordered after this deadline.
Students do one registration for all the exams they plan to take, not a separate one for each exam. AP exams cost $103 for the first exam and $78 for each additional exam ordered at the same time. Students on free/reduced lunch qualify for fee reductions. Students who received AP scholarships have separate instructions and will not register on Total Registration. If Indian Education is paying for any of your studentβs exams, do not create a Total Registration account or pay through Total Registration.
Upcoming Important Dates
- Sun., Nov. 1 (11:00 p.m.): Final deadline to order AP exams. No orders after this date.
- Tue., Nov. 3: Last day to request a full refund if your student changes their mind. Refunds must be requested through Total Registration. NPS cannot issue refunds.
- Wed., Nov. 4: Minimum payment due: $42 per exam.
- Sat., March 6: Final AP exam payments due. Unpaid exams will be cancelled after this date.
How to Register on Total Registration
- Go to www.totalregistration.net.
- In the top bar, choose our school.
- Log in, or create an account if itβs your first time. This is the student account, so use your studentβs school email and password.
- Follow the prompts and make your payment.
Youβll get a confirmation email from Total Registration once the payment goes through, so make sure you receive it!
If you have any questions, please email me at tdettmann@normanps.org.

Forms & Flows for consent forms
Norman High School's Website
We are excited to announce the adoption of a new system called Forms & Flows (formerly Operoo). This platform will greatly simplify the process of managing consent forms, such as those for field trips.
Forms & Flows offers an easy way for you to complete field trip and other consent forms using your mobile phone, tablet, or computer. It will also help keep you informed about form requests, important dates, and events.
To utilize Forms & Flows, we require a valid email address or cell phone number, which we will pull from your Parent Portal contact information. Please notify us if you need to update this information.
You do not need to take any action right now. In order to respond to a consent form, you will need to sign in or sign up for your Forms & Flows (formerly Operoo) account. New users will be given a username and temporary password. After you sign up, you will be asked to create your own unique password. Now you are ready to start receiving notifications whenever there is an electronic form to complete for Norman High School.
Please be assured that you and your child's information will only be accessible to relevant staff members and will be managed strictly in accordance with Norman Public Schools' privacy policies.
