The underclassmen awards are scheduled for Thursday November 2nd from 10:20-11:15 am in the school auditorium. Students receiving an award will receive an invitation during their first block on Tuesday October 24th.

1. Register for your course on the My AP website and select yes that you intend to take the exam (see your teacher for the join code)
2. Submit payment on School Cash
3. Turn in the AP exam order form to Ms. Yahl in the counseling center. (Forms are available in the Counseling Center or using this link). Your order form must be signed by your AP teacher.

Calling all Junior, and Senior girls. It's time for the ladies to take to the gridiron. Powderpuff will take place on Friday Nov 10th on the football field. To sign up visit the SHS Knights Community in Canvas and complete the interest survey. All football players are encouraged to sign up to support your class as coaches and cheerleaders. Open Gym Workouts for Men's Basketball take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6-8 pm and Saturdays from 10-12 pm. Interested young men need to have a completed, current VHSL physical form on file, as well as completed online concussion and sudden cardiac arrest training. Women’s Basketball Pre Season Open Gyms will start Saturday, August 26 at 8:30AM. Our schedule will be:

SATURDAYS: 8:30-10AM

MONDAYS: 7:00-8:30PM

THURSDAYS: 6:30-8PM

These sessions are open to all eligible student athletes attending Spotsylvania High School. Participants also need to have a current physical on file with the school.

Tickets for all Home Athletic Events are available in advance at gofan.co for $7. Tickets can be purchased at the gate via Credit Card for $7. All Cash Tickets at the gate are $8.

Senior Citizens over the age of 65 are eligible for a Lifetime Battlefield District pass, gaining them entry into ALL Battlefield District Regular Season events. Show proof of age at the gate and get yours at any SHS event.

Ten Event Passes go on sale Monday during lunch shifts and will be available at the gate for all SHS Home games. Ten Event passes are $65 and are good for all Regular Season Home Events.

Student Athletic Passes go on sale Monday during lunch shifts! Student passes are good for every SHS, regular season athletic contests, for the duration of the school year. Just $50, grab yours soon!

Reminder to all fans attending Athletic Events at SHS. It is Battlefield District policy that no bags are to be brought into any event. Exceptions for small, clutch purses (5" x 7"), medical equipment bags, and diaper bags for families with small children. No outside food or drink is permitted inside the gates, as well. Spotsylvania County Schools also prohibit pets on campus, which includes at our indoor or outdoor athletic events. We also ask that for the safety of all patrons, balls of any kind or other outside sporting equipment be left at home and not thrown, kicked, or batted around within the confines at Athletic events.
