MRHS Celebrates the Lunar New Year
The official Lunar New Year begins on January 22nd and ends on February 5th. Our MRHS students will be celebrating the week of January 27th!
The local 3rd Annual Lunar New Year Celebration is this weekend on Saturday, June 25 at 529 Main Street in Hyannis from 11am-2pm. Cost is FREE! Monomoy Regional High School Chinese language students will volunteer at the event to serve the community, continuing our tradition of learning Chinese culture and language through active involvement. Last year, our students took on a significant amount of responsibility, ensuring that this large event ran smoothly and successfully. Thanks to their dedicated service, people from various local ethnic communities—both adults and children—felt immense joy and appreciation.
Interact & Key Club raise money to benefit Project HOPE for LA wildfire relief
Interact Club hosted a Breakfast for a Cause to benefit Project Hope and the California Fire Foundation, organizations that support the Fire Departments who have been working tirelessly to fight the California Fires. We raised over $340 and the Key Club is matching this so we can double our donation. Thanks to all the students and families who brought in goodies and to all the teachers who donated to this important cause.

Outer Cape Health Services Navigator School-Based Service Site
MRHS has joined with Outer Cape Health Services to offer additional support to our school community. This new project aims to increase access to community supports and clinical services for students and their families. The service will provide onsite access to OCHS navigator services and tele-behavioral and telemedicine appointments. The school-based OCHS Navigator will work alongside school personnel to help students and families to access locally-based services and resources. The Navigator program will support students in connecting to the resources that they need to improve health, wellness, and academic engagement. Navigators will provide customized case management services, ensuring that students and families are connected to the supports that they need. To learn more, click here or speak to the school's nurses or counselors.
