This is a big week, parents! We hope you have, or will make an appointment to meet with your child's teacher to see how they are growing. All grade levels have completed their middle of year testing and teachers are excited to talk to you about that data. While you are here be sure to stop by the Book Fair! See Book Fair hours below:

Drop Zone Reminder
We want to take a moment to thank you for your continued partnership in keeping our students safe during arrival each day. We know mornings can be busy, and we truly appreciate your efforts to help things run smoothly.
As a reminder, our campus has designated No Drop Off Zones in place to help ensure the safety of all students.
To help clarify, please take a moment to review the photo above. It shows:
Approved student drop-off areas, where it is safe for students to exit vehicles
No Drop Off Zones, where stopping is not permitted for student unloading
Using the designated drop-off areas helps us maintain an orderly flow of traffic and, most importantly, keeps students safe as they arrive on campus.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Your support makes a real difference, and we are grateful for the care you show our school community.
We want to make you aware that we have had an increase in reports of items being taken at school, specifically Labubus. While we take these reports seriously and work to address them, we kindly remind families of our policy that toys should not be brought to school. We strongly recommend that students leave toys and other valuables at home to help prevent loss or disappointment. When items do come to school, we do our very best to help locate them if they go missing. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we are not always able to recover lost or stolen items.
THE TALENT SHOW IS BACK!
Parents, this year instead of having two simultaneous talent shows (one hosted by PHES and one hosted by the PHHS Dance Team), Mr. Fry and Mrs. Olsen-Baker have JOINED FORCES for one, united program. All ticket sales will benefit the PHHS Dance Team.
If you have a kiddo who wants to perform, be at the High School cafeteria on February 17th at 3:30pm.
Global Day of Play was a huge success!

Kindergarten 100 days of School
Our Kinders celebrated the 100th day of school by dressing up as centenarians! Is there anything cuter?
Breakfast and Lunch Menus
Students have been asking the question can I bring my own recess equipment from home? The answer is no. We ask that students leave all their footballs, soccer balls, wall balls, jump ropes, etc at home. But great news we have recess equipment for each grade level. Each grade level has their own recess cart that goes out at their recess time. However as you can imagine some items get lost over time. If you would like to purchase items to help refill our recess carts we would appreciate it. Thanks

Last year, Providence Hall students had over $6,000 in unpaid lunch balances. Every family’s journey is unique, but together we can make a big difference! Your donation—no matter the size—will go directly toward reducing student lunch debt across all three schools. Help us make sure every Patriot has a healthy meal and the energy to learn and succeed. Join our No-Fuss Fundraiser and help support our students. Every dollar fills a tray and fuels a mind! Click on the photo above or on this link https://sfnd.io/qnjw5 to make a donation. Thank you.
